Do you know anybody that is a preterist? Has anyone tried to lie to you about the second coming and resurrection happening in 70ad? Well, here is more proof that preterism is a damnable doctrine of devils.



If the second coming and resurrection happened in 70ad, why are preterist still marrying, and being given in marriage? Every time a preterist gets married it proves their doctrine is false. Preterist are in error because they do not know the scriptures.

I have not got an answer yet, but I am sure they will modify their doctrine in order to justify themselves. They do that very often. For example, since they believe Jesus came in 70AD, and they know the resurrection is at the second coming, some Preterist make the resurrection into a spiritual resurrection instead of a physical resurrection from the dead since they know that a physical resurrection did not occur in 70AD otherwise the whole world would have known about it by now. Because of this, it has forced many Preterist to deny a physical resurrection from the dead, and make it into a spiritual resurrection. Instead of just admitting they interpreted the fulfillment of prophecy wrong, they invent private interpretations to justify Preterism. Sad state. I pray that God might deliver their new converts out of their hands before its too late.

What was the initial purpose of the traditional marriage dowry? And what do you think are the consequences of not having the dowry in a marriage where a woman would be a stay at home mother and not work (much like the traditional arrangement of marriages which used to include the dowry)?

Just curious, what does this have to do with the topic of Preterism?

How does the verse define a the relationship in marriage. The ressurection is a spiritual event. Do you believe that marraige exists in Heaven?
The ressurection began at Christ's death, and was expected by all the 1st Century saints as something that was to happen "very soon".

The beginning of the ressurection of the dead:

Mat 27:52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

If that is the beginning of the resurrection of the dead and not just a preview of the future resurrection of the dead, why did it stop?
